Job SummaryPrimary Location: Mumbai, Chennai (Onsite-5 days and Odd Saturdays) We are looking for a talented Junioir UI Designer to join our Design team . You will be a vital contributor to our design team, responsible for delivering user-centric solutions for our clients. You will actively participate in the UI design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a crucial role in the creation of innovative digital experiences . Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with UI design team members and cross-functional teams to contribute to project success. Share UI insights and contribute to design discussions within the team.

Mentor the team with workshops and show-and-tell sessions. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and user experience needs. Translate client requirements into actionable design solutions. Participate in user research activities to uncover insights into user behaviours and needs. Contribute to the development of design strategies based on research findings. Contribute to the creation of information architecture, user flows & wireframes. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Seek opportunities for learning and skill development within the field of UI design. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e. g.

, HCI, Design, Business) Understanding of user-centered design principles. Strong portfolio showcasing successful UI design projects. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc. Experience in BFSI domain Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have: Familiarity with client industries such as Banking, telco, e-commerce, enterprise applications, FMCG, etc. Proficiency in AI Tools such as ChatGPT. Experience in a service-based organization catering to diverse industry verticals.
