Sa Káyana, kaya na.Job Summary:Káyana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Process and Governance Analyst with significant hands-on experience plays a critical role in defining, implementing, and maintaining IT governance frameworks, process standards, and performance measures that align with business goals. The role ensures technology initiatives comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.This role combines analytical thinking, process design, compliance oversight, and collaboration with cross functional teams.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) to ensure alignment withorganizational strategies.• Design, document, and continuously improve technology processes across development,infrastructure, operations, and security teams.• Lead process maturity assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.• Coordinate with internal audit, compliance, and risk functions to ensure adherence to IT policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.• Manage the creation and review of IT policies, procedures, and SOPs.• Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of IT processes and governancemechanisms.• Support technology risk assessments and assist in preparing for internal and external audits.• Facilitate IT change management governance and track compliance.• Promote awareness and training programs around governance, risk, and compliance.• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Data, Legal, and Finance teams to drive governanceinitiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.• Managing IT-related financials, from budgeting and forecasting to cost tracking and monitoring of IT costs.Qualifications:• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT governance, process design, risk management, or related roles.• Experience in a fintech, data science, or highly regulated industry is preferred.• Strong knowledge of frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2.• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/DevOps environments, and datagovernance.• Analytical mindset with excellent documentation and process-mapping skills.• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CGEIT, ITIL, PMP) are an advantage.• Strategic thinking with attention to detail.• Strong communication and presentation skills• High ethical standards and integrity• Change management and continuous improvement mindset• Problem-solving and critical thinking skillsEducation / Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
