If you believe that data can be a force for good and want to shape the future of sustainable intelligence, we want to meet you.The RoleWe’re looking for a Tech Product Owner who combines strategic insight, technical fluency, and leadership potential.You’ll play a key role in driving our product vision, leading agile delivery, and ensuring C-MORE continues to set the standard for sustainability intelligence.This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) — and you’ll be their trusted right hand, ready to step in as acting CPO when needed.What You’ll Do Own and deliver the product roadmap, aligning with the CPO and company strategy. Scope and Plan Work items (Bugs/User Stories/Epics/Initiatives)ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Lead the decision making process for priorities, blocker resolution, spikes and requirement definition Engage directly with customers and users to validate concepts and to identify potential opportunities for future product growth. Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and success. Coordinate with cross-functional teams — design, development, data, and business — to successfully launch and communicate new features and turn ideas into impact. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track. Train the team to ensure deep product and customer knowledge and maintain high-quality standards. Champion continuous improvement, ensuring teams stay agile, accountable, and aligned.Represent the product function in leadership discussions when the CPO is unavailable.Who You Are A strategic operator — equally comfortable in the boardroom and the backlog. A strong communicator and collaborator, able to align tech, business, and mission. A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments. Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and responsible technology. Confident stepping into leadership when needed — ready to act as a CPO-in-the-making. Exceptionally organized — able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing focus on impact. Skilled at simplifying complex processes and enabling teams to move efficiently and with clarity. A natural builder of structure and method, creating rhythm and alignment across product, tech, and business. Curious and creative — always exploring new angles and solutions beyond the obvious. A critical thinker who asks the right questions to uncover assumptions and drive better decisions.Your Background 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or startup environment. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes. Experience managing data-driven or B2B technology products. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English. Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.Bonus Points Experience in ESG, sustainability, or risk intelligence solutions. CSPO or Agile certification.
