Join Allied Global as a Technical Account Manager and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to enterprise clients across Latin America. This is a remote contractor position with a competitive salary of US$4,000/month.We are looking for a dynamic professional who combines technical expertise, client engagement, and project leadership to ensure successful implementations and long-term adoption of our platform.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor for clients, providing product expertise and best practices.Lead onboarding and implementation projects, including solution design and configuration.Conduct workshops and training sessions with technical and executive stakeholders.Translate business requirements into effective process automation and system orchestration.Manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely success.Identify opportunities for additional value creation and communicate them to client leadership.Requirements5+ years leading software or AI implementations with proven success in client delivery.Strong skills in project management, workflow design, and business analysis.Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH (C1 mandatory) and SPANISH.Technical background with ability to configure solutions; programming experience is a plus.Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).Exposure to AI-driven solutions, workflow automation platforms, or LLMs is highly desirable.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.What We OfferRemote work across LATAM.Competitive contractor salary: US$4,000/month.Opportunity to work on innovative AI projects with enterprise clients.Collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Ready to take the next step in your career?
