🌎 Technical Account Manager – LATAM (Mexico-based)Location: Mexico (onsite and remote hybrid)Languages: Spanish (required), Portuguese (a plus)Contract Type: Full-timeWhat You’ll DoAct as the primary point of contact for active client accounts in Mexico.Translate client needs and requests into clear internal requirements, ensuring alignment across all teams.Manage incoming feature requests: understand client challenges, open and track Jira tickets, coordinate with developers, and communicate back with clients regarding costs, timelines, and feasibility.Collaborate with Sales and Management on the hardware side to manage purchase orders, client details, and delivery timelines.Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless execution, while they handle upsells and new business.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, proactively resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.Support and plan client launches, occasionally traveling onsite as needed.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in technical account management or a similar client-facing technical role.Strong understanding of both software and hardware environments.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Familiarity with Jira (required); Zendesk is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.Knowledge of SQL or other technical tools is a plus.Spanish fluency required; Portuguese a strong plus.Based in Mexico, with willingness to travel for client support and launches.
