Our all-in-one platform simplifies payments through smart routing, real-time monitoring, and tailored strategies, empowering businesses to scale globally while ensuring seamless, secure transactions.As a part of our continuous growth we are looking for Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to join the team. In this role you will act as trusted partners for clients using our payments platform. They own the technical relationship, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of payment methods and processing channels. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with strong technical expertise.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary technical contact for assigned clientsOversee onboarding of new brands and payment methods: configuration, routing setup, and testingTroubleshoot escalated issues and provide strategic technical guidanceAnalyze transaction performance and recommend optimization strategiesCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on systemic improvementsEscalate complex bugs, systemic issues, or feature requests to Product/Engineering with impact analysisDeliver training and demonstrations to clientsMaintain strong relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and technical partnersMentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharingRequirementsStrong understanding of payment processing and PSP integrationsExperience with APIs, Postman, PSP dashboards, and reporting/analytics toolsExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrategic mindset with project management abilityWould be a plusExperience with payment providers, acquiring banks, or gatewaysFamiliarity with routing rules and advanced payment flowsBackground in FinTech, iGaming, or SaaS supportBenefitsSnacks in the Office24 days of vacation per yearAttractive office location and facilitiesMedical insuranceBreakfasts and lunches in the office (partially paid by the Company)Languages classes (partially paid by the Company)Social Club of the Company
