What You’ll Do - ResponsibilitiesOwn technical support for both day-to-day questions and complex issues Ensure our customers have an optimal solution setup and configuration given their business goalsIdentify and resolve technical challenges that prevent customers from achieving their goals or maximizing the ROI of Scantrust solutionsBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for Enterprise AccountsHold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and/or Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for Enterprise AccountsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by comparing MEDDPICC insights against account configuration and setupImplement cutting-edge technical support tools and approaches, including AITest new product features, communicate benefits to customers, and share product feedback with the product and development teamsGrow our help center content, including step-by-step guides, tutorials, and best practices for customersRequirements Eight years of experience in a technical account manager, technical customer success, pre-sales engineer, or customer support role at a consumer or B2B software company Has prior experience in a start-up or scale-up environmentProficient in at least one customer support ticket management systemProficient in technical writing and/ or Help Center documentationDemonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding cloud technology and how it drives customers’ business outcomesFluency in written and spoken English Fluency or high proficiency in French and ItalianCurrently residing in the NetherlandsProficient with data organization, analysis, and reporting in Excel/ Google SheetsSolution-oriented; raises problems and finds solutions independentlyCommunicates clearly and precisely, and adjusts communication to the audienceGives straightforward and direct feedback in a timely manner, including to managersHas excellent verbal and written communication skills; relishes explaining complex technical concepts succinctly and clearlyEnjoys relationship building, both internally and externally to the organizationPassionate about shaping an inspiring company cultureThe Ideal Candidate hasFurther proficiency or fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or GermanManagement experienceExperience establishing new projects, teams, or departments; thrives in entrepreneurial environmentsExperience with web platforms, tools and REST APIs (see our Developer Portal: https://devportal.scantrust.com) A knack for cross-functional collaboration with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Project ManagersExperience with CRMs such as HubSpot, with strong data hygiene and consistent documentation of engagement with customersExperience with applying sales qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC in discovery conversationsHas proficiency in using generative AI tools at workA Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldBenefitsCompetitive salary with health benefits and participation in the Company’s Employee Stock Option ProgramHybrid work environment; with requirements for in-office presence in our Amsterdam office (at minimum one day per week).Professional growth opportunities aligned with your career goalsA vibrant, international, and inclusive work environment with team members from all over the worldA healthy work-life balance through generous time-off policies and flexible work optionsBuild a company that has a positive impact on the world and is used by brands in your day-to-day lifeStarting date: as soon as possiblePosition currently open.Who We AreScantrust is a global leader in QR code management solutions for brands of physical products.
