Our client, a smart payment cashier software company, is currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Limassol.Job Summary:The Technical Account Manager will serve as a dedicated technical advisor for our merchants. This role involves understanding the client’s technical needs and coordinating with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvides technical support for merchant integrationAnalyze merchant integration requirementProvides tier-two low-level support for escalated issues originating from the merchantLog defects and track defect status - working closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects and execute re-tests and regression testing.Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure the correctness of the PSP IntegrationsRequired QualificationsExperience as a PHP developer and knowledge in node and react is a plus.Established experience with merchant PSP integration and onboardingClose familiarity with CRM and payment accounting platformsGood understanding of payment processing (Merchant, PSP, Acquiring)Hands-on skilled in debugging and troubleshooting.What we might consider an advantageExperience coding, proficient in PHP and ReactExperience with continuous integration toolsExperience with AWS and other major cloud computing environments.Experience with Payment Gateway technologyExperience with Payment Service Provider integrationsBenefits:This is a full-time position providing competitive pay, flexible schedules and much more.+ 13th + Medical+ Company benefits
