We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the CWM (Client Wealth Management) platform. This role is essential for driving technical evolution, resolving performance issues, and ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. You will work closely with development teams and external partners to define technical requirements, guide implementation, and support testing activities. Conduct technical analyses for new features and platform improvements. Document clear and actionable instructions for development teams. Investigate and resolve performance issues and communication gaps between frontend and backend.
Support the development of new features, including replacing outdated modules (e. g. , digital signing within investment flows). Perform unit testing and validate data flows using tools like Postman and SQL. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Monitor and support daily operations of the CWM platform, including bug tracking and issue resolution. Participate in planning and roadmap creation for upcoming technical initiatives.
