Our team of 13 skilled architects covers domains such as Product, Customer, Policy, Invoicing & Accounting, and Online Sales.Read more about our tech community: www.if.se/tech.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Architect to step into the role of Performance & Reliability Lead, driving cross-cutting efforts that elevate the performance, reliability, and delivery capabilities of our Waypoint system. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our architecture, address legacy challenges, and enable continuous delivery at scale.As part of our architecture team, you’ll play a key role in defining the technical foundation of our solutions—ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable, while aligning with our target state and supporting a coherent, future-proof application landscape.What You’ll Lead End-to-End Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, profile systems, and drive improvements across the system landscape. Reliability & Disaster Recovery: Build resilient systems and ensure graceful degradation. Non-Functional Requirements: Define and uphold standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Root Cause Analysis & Early Detection: Implement tools and practices for proactive issue identification. Legacy System Modernization: Use AI to tackle technical debt and unlock new capabilities. Expertise performance profiling and visualization across distributed applications. Mastery of cross-cutting concerns: security, IoC, transaction management, caching, and scalability. Strong knowledge of .NET (Framework & Core) and runtime environments. Familiarity with AI tools for legacy systems and modernization strategies.
