As a technical specialist at mbiomics, you will play a central role in our innovative research team. We are looking for an individual with proven laboratory experience to support the team, strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for actively participating in future-oriented projects in the field of microbiome research.JOB DESCRIPTIONPreparation and quality control of proprietary reagents, including proprietary nanoparticles and reagents.Detailed documentation of experimental procedures, results and observations using an electronic lab notebook.Support operational and administrative processes within the laboratory management team.Collaborate with researchers across teams to optimize experimental protocols and workflows.Perform technical tasks such as data collection, analysis, and reportingPerform routine molecular biology experiments, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, and microfluidics.Analysis of biological and clinical samples using mbiomics' fluorescence microscopy-based microbiome analysis technology. REQUIREMENTSCompleted training as a technical assistant (BTA, CTA, MTA, or comparable), Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry or related field.Attention to detail and analytical mindset with a passion for new technologiesWork experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/microbiology industry is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skillsFluent English language skills required, German language skills is a plus.ENVIRONMENT AT MBIOMICSExperience the unique dynamics and spirit of a biotech start-upOur team?
