Job Description: Technical AssistantJob Title: Technical AssistantLocation: HybridReports To: Operations & Talent Team / CEO⸻Role SummaryThe Technical Assistant will provide cross-functional support in technology, finance analysis, and operations. This role is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can combine technical skills with business acumen to ensure smooth execution of projects, support digital initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, and able to translate complex information into actionable insights.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Digital Support • Support the design, implementation, and management of technology projects (websites, apps, CRM/ERP systems, automations). • Assist in troubleshooting and liaising with internal teams or external developers to resolve issues quickly. • Document processes, workflows, and technical guides for easy adoption by staff and clients. • Research new tools, platforms, and vendors that can improve efficiency.Financial & Analytical Support • Conduct financial analysis on projects, budgets, and proposals to inform leadership decisions. • Track costs and provide monthly reports on project financials. • Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for client and internal initiatives.Operations & Talent Support • Provide operational support to the talent team (e.g., Lifted community growth, Digital Partners engagement). • Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring systems and processes are followed. • Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. • Maintain databases, records, and ensure proper documentation of all projects.⸻Key Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL/Python a plus). • Familiarity with digital platforms and tools (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Notion, CRM/ERP systems). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.⸻Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a technical, operations, or analyst role (internships included). • Experience in a startup, consulting, or tech-driven environment is an advantage.⸻What We Offer • Exposure to real-world projects across multiple industries (tech, finance, talent, automation). • Opportunity to grow into higher technical or management roles within the company. • A dynamic, innovative environment with global ambition.To apply, send your application to hiring@strivolabs.com with your CV, notice period, and salary expectations.
