Job Description

What you’ll do Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (large scale). Lead team members and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements. Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams. Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate. Lead production deployment planning. Guide and mentor junior business analysts. Serve as lead for system validations, running demos, and managing stakeholder expectations on delivery. Serve as SME for ongoing stakeholder support with applications. Understand best practice methodologies for providing solutions Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred. What Experience You Need BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field. 5-7 years of related experience. Diverse technology / program management background. Proven ability to manage multiple projects end to end, keeping stakeholders updated and engaged throughout. Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred. What could set you apart Analytical Thinking - Applies data and a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems, analyzing multiple sources of information; Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer, operational, process, or other activities. Automation - Effectively cascades suggestions to others, ensures ongoing research is done to better our internal process aligned to external similar markets; Leverages influence to share and create buy-in on new ideas to improve analytic practices. Project Management - Effectively oversees development schedules, keeping to timelines, and has oversight and weighs in on the quality of deliverables and supporting documentation; Proactively shares updates and insights with appropriate stakeholders; Proactively plans, organizes and engages appropriate resources for project successes, addresses inefficiencies and holds project participants accountable. Quality Control - Understands & supports the definition of Equifax's quality standards; Manages quality improvement efforts and quality control efforts for the business, updating, educating and information appropriate stakeholders where needed Systems Thinking - Provide oversight and guidance for agile planning cadences; Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the delivery plan (timelines, resources, etc.); Responsible for workforce planning and capacity planning.
