Do you thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, working at the intersection of technology and business?My client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is looking for an experienced Technical BA to join their tech delivery team and play a key role in building cutting-edge analytics capabilities.Why This Role?Work on exciting, high-impact projects that connect business needs with technical solutions.Be part of an innovative team shaping digital transformation strategies.Enjoy a remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.Lead workshops to expand requirements and identify solutions.Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, including user stories, data models, and process flows.Work closely with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.Provide Agile teams with detailed user stories, at least two sprints ahead.Support testing and validation, ensuring solutions meet business needs.Assist in change management, identifying potential impacts on existing features and mitigating risks.What You’ll Need5+ years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or a similar position with a strong focus on gathering technical requirements.Strong technical documentation skills, including feature requirements, test cases, and release notes.A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.Experience working with data platforms, APIs, and databases.Knowledge of 3-tier architecture (front-end, API services, back-end data platforms).Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframing, Storyboarding).Ideally, experience leading systems analysis and requirements gathering in a SaaS environment.Business analysis qualifications (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.What’s on Offer?£60-70K + Bonus + BenefitsUK Remote with very occasional London office visitsOpportunity to work with leading technology in an ambitious and innovative companyA collaborative, fast-moving environment where your expertise will make a real impactInterested?
