Go Brilliant Technologies is hiring for its client – Pictet & Cie Banquiers (Geneva, Switzerland).Position: Technical Business Analyst (CRM Implementation/Integration – Banking Domain)Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Type: PermanentStart Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleGo Brilliant Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong recent experience in CRM Implementation and Integration within the banking domain, particularly in wealth management and investment products.The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and fluent in both French and English, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze client requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications.Support IT teams during development and testing cycles.Conduct FATs/integration testing to ensure smooth solution deployment.Coordinate user testing phases and provide Level 3 production support.Ensure seamless integration of solutions into the bank’s overall IT ecosystem.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 7+ years as a Business Analyst in the banking sector (recent experience required).Proven expertise in CRM Implementation and Integration.Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Investment Strategies, and Financial Products.Proficiency in SQL, API testing tools (Postman, Swagger), JSON, XML.Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Dynamic, proactive, and able to work autonomously as well as in teams.Fluent in French and English.Eligibility CriteriaMust be domiciled in Switzerland (Cross-border commuting not accepted).Only EU/Swiss Nationals or holders of Valid B or C Permits may apply.If relocating, candidates must secure residence confirmation from the Cantonal Population Office (OCP) for the B Work Permit.Work Environment Hybrid work model – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Dynamic and collaborative international team.
