Technical Business/Process Analyst – Utilities – Brussels Salary: €60,000 - €85,000 Job type: PermanentHybrid: 2 days per weekStart: ASAPMy client is looking for a technically skilled Business Analyst/Service Delivery to join on a permanent basis. As a Technical Business Analyst you will serve as the link between business needs and IT solutions for key System Development applications. You will lead requirement gathering, testing coordination, system performance monitoring, and vendor collaboration to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of our digital tools.You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work to support a good work-life balance. Occasional travels may be required.Your responsibilitiesGather and analyse business requirements from internal teams and external teams for existing and new toolsDefine and document functional and non-functional specifications, including business impact and technical dependenciesEnsure interoperability of systems by mapping integration points and aligning with enterprise architectureOversee security, performance, and operability standards in collaboration with the teamCoordinate the release and change management process, including planning, version control, and stakeholder communicationLead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and ensure defect resolutionMonitor system KPIs (uptime, response time, etc.) and plan for capacity improvementsIdentify IT risks and maintain mitigation plans in the risk registerAct as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and external vendorsPrepare technical content for RFPs and manage vendor SLAs and performance deliverablesRequired skills and abilities:Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience3–5 years of relevant experience in IT coordination, system analysis or application managementProven ability to translate business needs into technical specificationsExperience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, managing releases, and overseeing vendor deliverablesAnalytical thinking to manage complexity and solve problemsCollaborative approach and ability to foster strong partnershipsStrong planning and alignment with organisational prioritiesClear and tailored communication for diverse audiencesExcellent writing and oral communication skills in English.Motivation to work within a multinational and multicultural professional environment.
