Technical Buyer

Responsibilities:• Source and procure spares and stores efficiently from local and international suppliers• Manage RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery timelines• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventoryIdeal Candidate:• Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, especially in spares and marine stores• Prior experience working in a trading house is a must• Strong vendor network and knowledge of global sourcing practices• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
