Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Local Division Manager (부장)Your Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide technical support for Drive Products, PLC and drive-based applications within the Motion Drive Product (MODP) portfolio. You will act as an expert contact for customers, partners, ensuring reliable pre- and post-sales support and contributing to the continuous customer development around our Drives, PLC solutions.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division in South Korea. Main stakeholders are customers, partners, sales teams in local.You will be mainly accountable for:Proposing technical solutions for Drives, PLC, HMI products and working on consulting assignments using established standards, methods, and technologies to develop solutions and resolve issues.Recommending consulting services and solutions to meet customer needs.Delivering technical trainings to internal and external stakeholders inside and outside ABBLeading sales activities to win consulting assignments of up to 500 hours and negotiating directly with the responsible person(s) at customer organization.Overseeing and delivering consulting assignments and contract management activities (invoicing and work in progress, etc.).Gathering customer and market feedback, sharing insights to support strategic offerings, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through clear, regular communication.Qualifications For The RoleBachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fieldOver 5 years of experience in programming and configuring Drives or PLC HMILogical thinking skills to utilize ready-made software or programing to develop new applications/customersAbility to read and interpret technical schematics and drawingsStrong customer focus and structured problem-solving approachFluent in both Korean and English to communicate with regional and global support teamMore About UsABB Motion keeps the world turning, while saving energy every day.
