Job Description

We are currently seeking Technical Consultants for an FM service provider based in Riyadh, KSA. The role will act as a managing agent and provide technical guidance to clients and subcontractors on matters related to Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering while ensuring compliance with standards such as SFG20 and ISO.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil EngineeringExtensive experience in facilities managementExperience managing subcontractors and blue-collar workersKnowledge of standards such as SFG20, BICS and ISOWilling to travel/open to relocate within KSA if neededFluency in Arabic will be advantageous
