You will be responsible for the implant and follow up support of our CRM portfolio, in hospitals and medical practices. The CRM product portfolio includes hardware devices like Medtronic pacemakers, defibrillators, CRTD, Micra and EV-ICD. You support our CRM sales field teams with technical and scientific support according to the local business plan and needs. You will act as a technical subject matter expert for CRM products and services and act as single point of contact for our customers, cardiologists and HCP's.You will report to the Technical Consultant Manager and are expected to travel daily to visit our customers. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy driving.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customersProvides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company productsMay provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applicationsProvides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locationsConducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizationsActs as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staffRequired Knowledge and Experience:Master degree or degree in engineering sciencesFluency in French and EnglishAbility to work under pressureAbility and willingness to learn about new technology and medical scienceVery flexible mindset and can do mentalityA first work experience in healthcare or MedTech sector is strongly recommendedA commercial mindset is highly valuedPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
