Technical Consultant

IntroductionWe're seeking a talented Technical Consultant to join our growing team at SymphonyAI Retail. In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimisation and monitoring of SaaS Applications as well as supporting customers in transition to cloud services.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive successful project outcomes.Job DescriptionWhat you'll do: Analyse customer incidents on retail softwareTrack and review open cases (internally between the teams and externally to our clients)Search for errors in databases (Oracle), verify dataProactively debug databases (Oracle)Monitor databases (Oracle)Debug applications (Java, Javascript, C, PL/SQL, bash, web services, etc.)Optimize database queries and procedures (Oracle)Produce database reports (Oracle)Create database procedures and scheduler procedures (Oracle)Collaborate with international development and product teamsProvide technical support for customersAttend meetings with the clientWhat you'll bring:Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).Strong technical knowledge of and prior commercial experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.Basic knowledge of Linux environments (including Bash or shell scripting).Willingness and ability to learn new programming languages and technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Openness to business travel (client meetings).The following are desirable but not mandatory:Basic understanding of consulting, commercial activities, and logistics within retail supply chain solutions.Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C, XML, web services).Category B driver’s license.Additional language skills.About UsSymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and IT service management.
