The ideal candidate must be able to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including blogs, case studies, manuals, product guides, whitepapers, and website content.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and SMEs to gather technical information.Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical readers.Develop SEO-friendly content to improve online visibility and engagement.Conduct industry research to write authoritative, up-to-date, and accurate content.Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and quality across all written materials.Review and improve existing content to enhance clarity, accuracy, and user experience.Stay updated with the latest trends in technology, software, and digital content writing.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, IT, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role.Strong understanding of software development, IT concepts, and emerging technologies.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to break down complex information into simple, structured content.Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc. (preferred)Strong research skills and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
