Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletised or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.Location:Spiere-Helkijn, BelgiumJob DescriptionAs a Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for the preparation, follow-up and invoicing of technical orders and contracts. A strong knowledge of SAP is key. You are part of the Back Office team and work closely together with international teams.You work in our headquarters in Spiere-Helkijn.Your Tasks & ResponsibilitiesReceives technical complaints from customers and creates and follows up these topics in SAP and when completed, he/she prepares the invoices. He/she also takes care of the communication with the warehouse and the transport of technical equipment onsite.Be the middle man for warehouse requests of internal stakeholders.Organizes technical requests in a way that a proper follow-up can be guaranteed.QualificationsYou have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equal by experienceYou have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
