Our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems in the Power Generation sector for over 50 years, is seeking a Technical Customer Care Specialist to join their team.This is more than a support role; it’s a chance to become the go-to expert for technical troubleshooting, helping customers solve critical issues, guiding parts selection, and collaborating directly with engineering teams to keep projects moving.What You’ll Do:Deliver technical support over the phone, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.Manage service requests from start to finish, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution.Support warranty processes and enter replacement part orders.Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer care teams to share feedback and improve products.Provide technical quotations and assist with order management.Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Who You Are:Technical degree, diploma, or trades qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.1–2 years in testing or troubleshooting electrical panels, or field experience in power management.Comfortable interpreting complex electrical diagrams and specifications.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in collaborative environments.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in electrical equipment testing and technical support.Knowledge of NETA/NICET standards, CSA, NFPA, or UL codes.Multilingual skills (French or Spanish) a plus.Prior customer-facing or phone-based technical support experience.Compensation & Benefits:Solid base salaryExtended health benefitsRRSP matchingWhy Apply?This is your chance to join a respected, growing organization where your skills and contributions will truly make an impact.
