Role Description This is a full-time Technical Customer Service role for a Chat account. The position requires delivering exceptional technical support and resolving customer inquiries through chat communication. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing high-quality customer service, and coordinating with other teams as needed. This is an on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Qualifications Technical skills in Troubleshooting and Technical SupportCustomer-focused abilities in Customer Service and TrainingKnowledge of Electricity or electrical systems is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPrior experience in a technical support role is advantageousFluency in English; additional languages are an asset
