This involves supporting B2B clients, resolving incidents efficiently, and continuously improving the customer experience across the full lifecycle - from onboarding to long-term success. The goal is to foster strong relationships, enable partner growth, and ensure a consistently high level of satisfaction.About the rolePosition: Full-timeLocation: Tallinn, Ülemiste CityWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule - several of our team members are university students.Starting salary up to €2000 gross, depending on your skills and experience.Language: EnglishWhat we’re looking forHigher education completed or in progressPrevious experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar B2B role is a plus - but if you’re eager to learn and have the right mindset, we’d still love to hear from you!Knowledge of the energy market (strong advantage)Excellent organizational skills - ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong analytical and problem - solving abilities with a proactive mindsetA customer-centric attitude and passion for delivering the best possible customer experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishJoin us in our mission to build a more sustainable energy future! 🌱Due to our rapid growth and the need for immediate onboarding in Tallinn, we are currently considering candidates already based in Estonia who do not require relocation support.
