We believe that technology is only as powerful as the service that supports it - and that’s where you come in.We’re growing fast, and our global support team (10 colleagues across 5 countries, including 4 in Denmark) is the friendly voice and helping hand our customers rely on.About the Role ⚙️As a Technical Support at Emaldo, you’ll be the first touchpoint for customers and installers in Denmark.Your mission: to make every interaction smooth, helpful, and positive- no matter the challenge.You’ll handle customer inquiries, light troubleshooting, and guidance on how to use our systems and apps.
