Position: Technical DeliveryLocation: Jakarta PusatWork Setting: On-siteJob SummaryThe Technical Delivery role is responsible for managing and coordinating the successful delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical solutions meet business needs, comply with standards, and are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality expectations — particularly in banking or financial-related projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor project delivery activities to ensure timely and successful completion.Collaborate with product, development, testing, and operations teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.Manage project documentation including scope, schedules, risks, and issue logs.Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and organizational delivery standards.Track progress and proactively identify potential issues or dependencies.Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and management.Support implementation and integration of payment systems, especially Visa/Mastercard when applicable.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Informatics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, or Application Delivery.Strong attention to detail and proactive working attitude.Demonstrated project management skills, preferably with experience in banking or financial institution projects.Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience in payment processing systems; familiarity with Visa/Mastercard is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
