We are not just dreamers, we are dream-makers.The Dream Job:We are on an expedition to find Technical Delivery Engineer, someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, out-of-this-world In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation and deployment projects of DREAM’s platform in customer environments, working hands-on with AI on-prem and hybrid infrastructures.You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and R&D teams, while serving as a trusted technical partner for customers and senior stakeholders. From planning and execution to troubleshooting and continuous improvement, you will own the full delivery lifecycle and ensure every deployment is reliable, seamless, and impactful.The Dream-Maker Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end technical delivery in close collaboration with Product, Architecture, R&D, Solutions teams, and customer executives.Plan, coordinate, and execute complex on-premises and hybrid deployment projects, with a strong focus on containerized and automated environments.Take a hands-on role in deploying and operating DREAM’s platform using Kubernetes-based architectures.Design, implement, and maintain deployment automation using Ansible, ensuring repeatable, reliable, and scalable installations.Serve as the technical escalation point for deployment, infrastructure, and orchestration-related issues.Continuously improve delivery processes, deployment automation, and technical documentation.Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal teams and customer stakeholders.The Dream Skill Set:3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical delivery, implementation, or technical project management.Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, troubleshooting, upgrades, and operations in production environments).Proven experience using Ansible for configuration management, automation, and infrastructure provisioning.Hands-on experience with on-premises or hybrid customer deployments.Strong Linux background (Ubuntu) and experience with containerized services, including Kubernetes, Helm, and related tooling.Experience with enterprise systems and services, including MongoDB and Windows-based environments (AD, Windows Server, desktops).Solid networking knowledge and hands-on experience (switches, firewalls, routing, etc.) mainly with Cisco and Juniper.Working experience with DELL storage and related services (iSCSI, etc.)Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex, distributed environments.Proven ability to deliver cross-functional projects involving engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with strong ownership and delivery mindset.Willingness to travel to customer sites- At least 30%.High-level English proficiency.Nice to have:EU or any other additional citizenship.Working experience with project management tools such as Monday and JIRA.Never Stop Dreaming...:If you think this role doesn't fully match your skills but are eager to grow and break glass ceilings, we’d love to hear from you!
