Technical Delivery Lead

Title: Technical Delivery LeadLocation: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaType: Full-time | On-siteMandatory: Need Insurance domain experienceKey Responsibilities:· Act as the central point of contact for all project-related activities and stakeholders.· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across system integration, data migration, and development.· Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and risk management plans.· Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.· Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for technical teams.· Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to project SLAs.Requirements:· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.· 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, including large-scale system implementations or migrations.· Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, system integration, and data migration.· PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.· Familiarity with ERP or financial system implementations is an added advantageInterested candidates can send their resumes to bharath@ibroadsolutions.com
