Job SummaryThe Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end technical delivery across multiple enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with over 15 cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables for large-scale CRM or enterprise system upgrades. The incumbent will partner with business, architecture, and testing teams to finalize requirements, validate technical solutions, and ensure seamless system integration, performance, and production readiness. The ideal candidate possesses strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks, and proven experience leading complex, multi-application delivery environments within financial or enterprise domains.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan technical deliverables to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.Plan and collaborate across different application teams( of more than 15 apps) to manage technical dependencies of the solution. Ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and milestones.Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.Provide status updates related to technical delivery.Partner with System Analysts and Business Solution Specialists to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements.Partner with Architects and Development Leads to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.Partner with Development Managers in managing application teams to build the enhancements.Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results.Manage technical implementation plan across application teams – coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to manage production cutover and adequate post implementation support.Develop and maintain documentation adhering to organizational templates, policies, and standards.Escalate issues that impact project schedule on a timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.Collaborate effectively with the UAT Manager and UAT teams to triage and prioritize UAT defects, and with the SIT Manager and SIT teams to manage SIT defect resolution. Ensure timely closure of critical defects to support testing cycles and production readiness.Review and assess Performance Testing outcomes, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and readiness for production deployment.Ensure timely execution and delivery of the overall Project Plan, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays.Ensure all deliverables meet internal governance standards, including successful clearance of the SDM Assurance Quality Gate. Maintain compliance with enterprise architecture and security frameworks.Manage project scope and risks effectively, ensuring changes are assessed, documented, and communicated to stakeholders. Implement controls to prevent scope creep and delivery slippageJob RequirementsMore than 5 years of experience in technical delivery management, preferably in CRM or enterprise application upgrade projects.Proven experience in customer onboarding processes and stakeholder engagement.Experience in managing cross-functional teams (of more than 15apps) and coordinating across multiple application domains.Strong skills in identifying, monitoring, and resolving technical risks and issues.Effective communication and reporting skills to provide timely updates to stakeholders.Experience working with System Analysts and Business Solution Specialists to finalize requirements.Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, security, and control standards.Ability to manage development teams and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing.Experience in coordinating production cutover and post-implementation support across teams.Strong documentation skills aligned with organizational standards and templates.Ability to escalate and resolve issues impacting project schedules.Demonstrated ability to manage delivery across ~17 integrated applications.Experience in defect triaging and prioritization during SIT and UAT phases.Proven track record in executing project plans and mitigating delivery risks.Familiarity with SDM Assurance processes and governance quality gates.Ability to manage scope changes and project risks effectively.Experience conducting technical design workshops with stakeholders.Ability to review and assess performance testing outcomes for production readinessAbility to interpret performance/load testing results and coordinate remediation with application teams.Salary budget up to 7800 SGDAbout CLPS RiDiK RiDiK is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting-edge end-to-end services across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
