We're hiring a Technical Dispatcher to support our fast-paced installation team.You'll coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with both field crews and clients — while also applying your technical understanding to ensure projects are installation-ready.Key Responsibilities: Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, or rescheduling Verify technical readiness of openings before installation (measurements, drawings, materials) Review shop drawings or specifications to identify potential issues before dispatch Ensure crews are prepared with the correct materials, glass, and hardware Book hotels for traveling installers Monitor vehicle mileage and documentation (registration, insurance) Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking Review quality of completed work and report problems if needed Requirements: 1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, construction, or engineering coordination Engineering or technical background preferred (construction, architecture, or related field) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements Confident English (B2 or above) Comfortable using task management tools (ClickUp or similar)
