Through projects and ongoing streams of work, we use our exceptional depth of experience and expertise to develop bespoke software solutions for our customers. For one of our larger customers, we have diverse development teams engaging in parallel streams of work. Ensuring our success with consistently high quality, both in terms of solutions and processes, is critical.  That's where you come in. As someone with lots of customer-facing time and a strong technical background in bespoke software development and design, you'll be able to immerse yourself in the Theta development teams to gain a day-to-day understanding of how the teams work together and what they are working on with this customer. You'll use this deep knowledge to drive continuous improvement in how the team operates, though the role does not have line management responsibilities. Importantly, you will earn the confidence of the team with your technical depth and experience, not only in helping to guide best practices, but also in assisting with design and review activities in the Azure cloud web application space.You will also build strong relationships with the customer's key stakeholders to gain an ongoing understanding of their strategy, what is important to them, and how they work. You'll use this deep knowledge to shape how our team works together with the customer and to shape the team's continuous improvement. You will be a trusted advisor to both the customer and Theta teams. You will be a promoter, an advocate, a facilitator, and a problem solver - all with the technical chops to contribute to the team's success in meaningful ways. Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako To succeed in this role, you will have: A strong technical background in software development and Azure, with time spent as a technical lead and/or architect in the web development spaceStrong interpersonal skills, with significant customer-facing experienceAn exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships A strong background in being part of teams that design and implement technical solutions Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ideally, previous experience in customer success rolesBe Auckland-based About us | Mō mātou We have 30 years of experience as a New Zealand-owned technology consultancy.
