TECHNICAL ENGINEER

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes, as well as the ability to manage and coordinate various technical aspects of a project. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee technical aspects of civil construction projects, including site preparation, foundation work, structural design, and building systems- Review and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with engineering standards and local regulations- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop and implement project plans and schedules- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and calculations to ensure accuracy and quality of work- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions to technical problems or challenges that may arise during construction- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all construction sites- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in construction technology and techniquesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes- Experience with project management and coordination- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
