The company’s innovative flooring solutions are integral to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Technical Engineer (Architecture - Civil) specializing in flooring solutions. The role involves providing technical expertise for flooring projects, including Material specification, Meeting with design houses/Consultants to convince them of Forbo products, also doing site analysis, planning, and installation support. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, conducting quality inspections, and offering technical consultations to resolve project challenges. The Technical Engineer acts as a key resource in delivering high-quality flooring solutions tailored to client needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldArchitectural or Civil Engineering Experience and understanding of flooring systemsExperience in project planning, site analysis, and quality control for commercial flooring projectsStrong technical knowledge in material specifications and installation techniquesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical supportGood communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and teamsProficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, architectural design software, or similar applications)Experience in flooring or construction industries is a plus
