Title: Technical Engineering Senior ManagerDepartment: IT Infrastructure & Services ManagementLocation: RiyadhCore Responsibilities:Develops and implements strategies to establish and maintain P3MO standards that align with regulatory requirements, enhances departmental structure, improves reporting quality, and promotes compliance in line with SAB’s governance standards.Manages Demand Management through Workbook planning, establishes Portfolio Reporting through Self Service tool, and ensures QA of projects in line with expected standards.Directs AOP planning including projects, priorities, and budget.Plans IT projects portfolios prioritization forum across SAB function.Sets standard templates and ensure standard templates are used to bring in professional delivery approach.Establishes QA process and validates adherence across IT delivery.Directs project delivery responsibilities through proper planning, close co-ordination and adequate resource allocation.Supports the governance and monitoring processes of IT projects delivery.Supports IT Project managements processes and standards to ensure proper process is in place.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / Software Engineering or relevant field.Prior experience in IT Oracle Databases technologies.Prior experience in managing teams.
