Key Responsibilities:Develop, design, and maintain company websites ensuring functionality, security, and responsiveness.Regularly update website content, visuals, and information to ensure accuracy and engagement.Manage SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing campaigns.Analyze website performance and implement strategies to increase traffic and visibility.Collaborate with management to create and publish engaging digital content (blogs, news, service updates).Ensure proper website backups, updates, and bug fixes.Monitor online inquiries and maintain a strong digital presence across all platforms.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer ScienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Additional RequirementsProven experience (minimum 3 years) in web development, digital marketing, and content management.Strong skills in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and basic graphic design tools.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.Good communication skills in English and Bangla.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):Experience in creating promotional videos or digital advertisements.Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.Job LocationDhaka
