Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams ? to drive continuous improvement 📈 and support exciting product launches for iconic brands like Garnier and L’Oréal Paris. 💖Here’s What Your Day-to-day Will Look LikeProduction Optimization: Manage filling equipment to achieve maximum yield while meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards.Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of technicians through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Maintenance Planning: Define and implement maintenance plans, ensuring equipment readiness for production and new product launches. Continuous Improvement: Champion methodologies like TPM and Lean Manufacturing to enhance efficiency and foster a culture of innovation.Collaboration: Work closely with packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to align on production goals and priorities. We Are Looking For 👀You’ll Thrive In This Role If YouHold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).Have 5+ years of experience in a technical supervisory role within manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.Bring expertise in filling equipment, maintenance procedures, and quality control processes. Are skilled in continuous improvement methodologies like TPM or Lean Manufacturing.
