This role focuses on incident resolution, service request handling, and change management to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access control aligned with least privilege principles.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely and effective support for IAM-related incidents and service requests.Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access issues across hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and cloud platforms.Support change management processes related to IAM configurations, policies, and system integrations.Maintain and optimize Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Access Review policies within Microsoft Entra.Manage and support Microsoft Defender for Identity, including sensor deployment, threat detection, and remediation efforts.Identify and mitigate access risks, with a focus on eliminating over-privileged accounts and enforcing least privilege access models.Ensure comprehensive documentation of operational procedures, contributing to continuous improvement in IAM service delivery.Requirements:Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Entra (Identity Provider, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and application access management).Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity, including sensor management and threat analytics.Solid understanding of access risk management and mitigation strategies.Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, operational environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.Active Directory and ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services)ClearSkye Identity Governance on ServiceNowCyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Remote AccessMicrosoft Entra ConnectIT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNowWhat We Offer:A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologiesThe opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projectsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageA supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional developmentFlexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance25 days of annual leave to recharge and relaxAn annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
