Technical Integration Manager

Job Description

Airswift is looking for a Technical Integration Manager to work in a contractor position (12 months, with possibility of extension) in Mexico City for a major offshore oil and gas project.This role is critical to driving project performance by leading cross-functional technical activities and ensuring strategic priorities are advanced across disciplines. The Technical Integration Manager will support the project by aligning engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and compliance efforts across subsurface, wells, facilities, HSES, permitting, and more.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in setting and communicating strategic priorities across all project disciplines.Drive integration between subsurface, wells, facilities, procurement, HSES, quality, and permitting teams.Ensure consistency in execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.Provide integrated technical input to HSES and regulatory compliance processes.Coordinate compliance checks within technical workflows.Lead delivery of key multi-discipline integration activities and technical deliverables.Support procurement processes with consistent technical and commercial input.Implement lessons learned across project disciplines.Translate technical needs into system requirements and vice versa.Analyze performance data to generate insights and recommendations.Resolve technical challenges and drive sustainable improvements.Optimize workflows, tools, and business processes.Champion simplification and standardization across technical domains.Lead implementation of engineering, construction, and commissioning management systems.Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.Job QualificationsMSc in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore oil & gas EPC projects.Minimum 5 years in project integration or systems engineering management.Technical & Non-technical SkillsStrong background in systems engineering and project management.Multidisciplinary understanding: subsurface, drilling & wells, facilities.Experience with digital oilfield technologies and data platforms.Offshore field experience is a plus.Strategic thinking and delivery mindset.Excellent collaboration and influence across all levels.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.LANGUAGESProficient in English (written & spoken).Spanish proficiency is a plus.About AirswiftAirswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
