Technical Lead – Bridging Tech and Business

Be the Bridge: Translate complex technical ideas into clear business insights — and business needs into actionable tech plans. Mentor & Collaborate: Support your developers through code reviews and ensure top-notch delivery and share your expertise with the team Deliver Excellence: Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability through clean code and smart DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, automation). Communicate Clearly: Partner with marketing and business teams to make sure everyone’s speaking the same language. This isn’t a “sit back and supervise” role — it’s about leading by doing, guiding through clarity, and bringing both people and code together.What You BringFull-Stack Skills: Solid experience with APIs, React/Next.js, and scalable web apps. Cloud Know-How: Hands-on expertise with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2) and CI/CD pipelines. Team Leadership: You mentor, motivate, and make complex topics simple for everyone. Great Communicator: Comfortable explaining tech to business and strategy to developers. Collaborative Energy: You love teamwork and lift others up through your approach. Experience: 7+ years in software development, with deep expertise in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies. Experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot or SendGrid is a plus.
