The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C++, Linux environments, container orchestration, and CI/CD-driven delivery pipelines. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, architectural decision-making, and end-to-end technical ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development teams in building scalable, high-performance C++ applications.Create and review low-level design (LLD) and conduct detailed code reviews.Mentor and guide engineers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Work closely with architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless solution delivery.Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and runtime efficiency.Drive delivery within Agile / Scrum methodologies and ensure timely milestone completion.Requirements8–12+ years of C++ development experience, with proven team leadership exposure.Strong understanding of SDLC, modular design, and system-level architecture.Practical experience with containerization and deployment workflows.Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across stakeholders.Strong debugging, analytical, and performance optimization skills.
