Technical Lead (Fullstack)

Join us as a Technical Lead!We are looking for seasoned Fullstack Technical Leads to join Intuitech. If you are still a senior and you have never been, but would like to become a technical leader of a team, you are still very welcome to join us and we will help you achieve this next milestone! In the first months, the company's top architects and tech leads will mentor and teach you the best practices of software development, helping you master all the intricacies of technical leadership.Your future tasks:Design sprints and collaboratively create detailed technical tickets based on business requirements with the support of the platform team.Coordinate and monitor the team's development activities actively during the sprints.Leading the project ceremonies together with the Product OwnerMentoring, instructing, and guiding the team’s developersManage the creation and maintenance of various internal test environments in a cloud setting and support the client's technical team with UAT and PROD environments.What we expect from You:At least 4 years of Fullstack development experienceKnowledge of Java and SpringOn the frontend side, we prefer Angular but React knowledge is welcome as wellBe motivated and eager to learn from your mentorsFollow the company’s principles, from technical and project managements aspectsYou enjoy managing people and mentoring your team members, it should be important to you that they grow professionally as individualsHave no problem speaking clearly about the project, even to non-professionalsActively utilizing the company's platform and continuously providing feedback to the platform team.Your primary responsibility is not writing code, but rather providing support to developers to achieve better time to marketBe proficient in HungarianBe at least intermediate in EnglishWhat we offer to You:We invest in your growth with performance reviews every 6 months — when your progress shows you’re ready, we’ll make sure your promotion reflects that.
