Join us in our mission to cultivate a sustainable future, one egg at a time.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead/Layer Farms at Mehmood Sons Poultry Farms in Islamabad. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the layer farms, including monitoring bird health and production, managing staff, Feed formulation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role will also involve implementing and maintaining sustainable farming practices and contributing to the development of innovations in poultry farming.QualificationsStrong knowledge of poultry farming practices and bird health managementExperience in farm management, including staff supervision, feed formulation, and operational oversight.Familiarity with sustainable Poultry practices and ESG frameworksExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement innovative solutionsRelevant degree in Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamRequired experience as a Technical Lead: 3-5 years.
