We’re setting new standards for how the property world works.”ResponsibilitiesParticipate in requirements, design, implementation, testing and support of the Property Industrysolutions, which include feature enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systemsintegration and production defectsAccountable for ensuring there is no gap between business requirements and technicalimplementation.Responsible for architecture and technical design. Review governance/standard to ensure theImplementation adheres to best practices and mitigates potential issues in relation toperformance and scalabilityManage technology risks, communicate, and discuss action items to mitigate the risks to allstakeholders, internal and external.Define and manage the resource plan together with the Technical Manager / Product Manager, aligning with the project schedulePlan and drive the project’s technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risks, or mitigation plans promptly.Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand business requirements and technology architecture of the applications accordingly.Assist in the estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.Commit to continuous improvement and refinement of MHub’s methodology and delivery.Provide technical guidance and lead/develop team members.Responsible for current and forward resource management, team building and staff career growth.Requirements Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.At least 5 years of working experience in technical software development (domain knowledge in Property Industry/ CRM/ Accounting will be an added advantage) with at least 1 year working experience as a Technical Lead.Ability to lead a technical team and assign tasks and manage the delivery schedule.Understand design documentation standards such as Unified Modeling Language.Proficiency in React and programming languages such as Golang, JavaScript, or both.Well-versed in AWS cloud services.Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.Experience in RDBMS or PostgresSQLGood verbal and written communication in English, technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and consultative skills.Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan
