We’re seeking a seasoned Offshore Wind Technical Lead to spearhead engineering excellence across Asia Pacific, with a focus on floating structures and foundation design.🌊 Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow a team of offshore wind specialists across AsiaEstablish regional centers of excellence for floating and fixed foundation design (e.g., monopiles, jackets)Collaborate with energy advisory teams to assess offshore wind farm projectsStrengthen client relationships and promote offshore wind servicesSupport the development of in-house digital tools for efficient and cost-effective foundation solutions🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s or higher degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering15+ years of consulting experience in marine and offshore energy infrastructureProven track record as a project director for large-scale engineering or advisory projectsStrong business development and team leadership capabilitiesExperience as Owner’s Engineer, Technical Advisor, or EPC designer in offshore windFluent in English; other regional languages are a plus
