Skills set required:E-drive/ E-Motor (PMSM) OBD HILs validation test architect (SME) with hands on experience in On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), OBD-1, OBDII, OBD on UDS, ZEV on UDSDenso TEN CRAMAS HILS, DSpace HILsBilingual (English & Japanese)Must: OBD HiL testing experience for ( OBD II, OBD on UDS, ZEV on UDS) for E-drive Motor system with Test planning, Test design, Test Execution ,Defect reporting , Test status reporting and Test closure activitiesExperience in analyzing the system requirements, preparing test cases, execute test case with respect to requirements, analyzing the test results and test report preparation.Very good analytical skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsInverter system HILS validation and Inverter, Motor control domain knowledge is mustCurrent measurement and voltage measure, SVPWM. Position measurement Resolver, Safety requirements for e-Motors, Sensor signal conditioning for current, voltage and temperature exp E-Motor Control: Scalar control (V/F), vector control knowledge , Fail safe controlDerating knowledge Inverter faultsWiring Harness debugging experience.Experience is understanding the existing Motor,Inverter plant model and update in MATLAB environment Experience in Plant model integration with HIL test EnvironmentFault insertion testing experienceAble to perform regression test plans and execution on new software releases & report discrepancies.Good to have:Tuning of plant model, Wiring Harness preparation Knowledge on DTEN HILS, CARDAQ, ETSA INCA Experience in HILS validation based on ISO26262 ASIL C or D standard Inverter Motor control system , L2 and L3 monitoringExperience of using requirements management tools such as DOORSExperience of using configuration management tools such as GIT Good knowledge of E-Powertrain domain – BMS, VCU andcharger Qualification:Master’s Degree in Power electronics or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ Electrical engineeringExperience Band 8 to 12 years of relevant experiencePrior experience of at least architecting one project on Traction inverter HILS Validation for EV or PHEV is mandatory
