It is the largest inspection technology service company in the oil and gas industry in China.T-ALL’s business spans across China and more than 20 countries along the Belt and Road, making it the most internationally competitive inspection technology service provider in the oil and gas industry.Department:【Inspection Technology Center】Key Responsibilities:Qualification construction; Be responsible for the organization, review and technical guidance of global technical qualification capacity building, and make technical qualification construction plans in accordance with business needs, clarifying the direction of technical construction.Technical Management: Responsible for strictly implementing the standards and systems of the testing process, quality supervision, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and local regulations, and periodically collecting the latest technical information in the industry and promptly promoting and sharing it.Technical Support: Responsible for providing consultation and guidance in areas such as technical capacity building, bidding, production, equipment selection, introduction and promotion of new technologies, and offering technical support based on personal experience.Technical Resources: Responsible for collecting and building communication Bridges for external technical resources and technical partners, and quickly establishing contact channels with authoritative enterprises in the industry (such as SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek, etc.), institutions (such as API, LEEA, TIC, etc.), and local government resources.Support for other major projects.Qualifications:More than 8 years of experience in the oil and gas testing industry, familiar with the construction and audit organization of inspection and testing systems such as API, ISO 17020/17025, LEEA, and ASME, familiar with the operation principles of various oil and gas tooling equipment and facilities and compliance with standard norms, and have at least 5 years of international industry technical management experience, such as Leading testing companies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek).Possess API pipeline Inspector/Inspector, LEEA training qualification certificate, ASNT Level III certificate (or four Level II certificates), and system Internal auditor certificate.Familiar with and proficient in local industry norms and special requirements in the Middle East and Central Asia regions, with over 5 years of experience in on-site technical research and development and other technical sequence management actions.Fluent in English. Candidates with bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic will be given priority.Possess the ability to think independently and solve problems, and be capable of working efficiently in a multicultural environment.
