Your Role: Technical Manager –Development and Production of Control panelsAs Technical Manager – Elevator Control, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and production of our elevator control panels. With a deep technical background and strong leadership skills, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our control panel products, from design and development to manufacturing. You will ensure SafeLine’s solutions meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and innovation, supporting customers across Europe with both pre- and post-sales expertise. Key Responsibilities • Design, development, and production of elevator control cabinets, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications.• Manage the technical aspects of SafeLine’s elevator control product range, including coordinating with product development, engineering, and production teams.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of control panels into elevator systems.• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the design and functionality of control panels, focusing on safety, efficiency, and scalability.• Oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of products. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, ideally electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.• 5+ years of experience in a technical management or development role, preferably in the elevator or automation industries.• Strong knowledge of elevator control systems and panels, with experience in product development and production processes.• A confident communicator and trusted advisor, able to collaborate effectively with engineers, production teams, and clients.• A hands-on leader with a results-driven approach, focused on delivering high-quality solutions and building long-term relationships.• Fluent in Dutch and English, French and German is a plus.
