Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Technical Manager. The Technical Manager will oversee the planning and execution of technical projects, manage technical support operations, lead research and development efforts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role involves supervising team members to ensure efficient performance and development. Qualifications Proficient in Team Management and Project Management to lead and coordinate team efforts effectivelyStrong Technical Support expertise to address and resolve system or operational issuesExperience in Research and Development (R&D) for innovative solutions and process improvementsDemonstrated Analytical Skills to assess and optimize technical processesExcellent problem-solving abilities and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Engineering, or ManagementExperience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
